Appointments & walk-ins

Full grooms and baths are by appointment, book online or call 813-641-DOGS. Walk-in nail trims are welcome any time Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–3:30pm.

Vaccinations

For everyone's safety, please have your pet current on rabies vaccination and bring records to your first visit (or have your vet's info handy so we can verify).

Matted coats

Dematting is included in every groom up to 15 minutes. Beyond that, a dematting charge applies. If a coat is pelted, we'll recommend a humane shave-down rather than putting your dog through hours of pulling, it grows back, and we'll help you keep it that way.

Puppies, seniors & nervous pets

We groom at your pet's pace and never force anything that causes unnecessary stress. For puppies we recommend a first visit by 10 weeks old. For seniors and anxious pets, tell us at booking and we'll schedule a quieter time slot.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Life happens, call us if you're running behind. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings (our booking system tracks these automatically).

Pricing

Every price is confirmed with you before we start. Coat condition, size and temperament can affect the final price of unlisted services, no surprises, no hidden fees.
